Project Assessment Forms

This section of the dashboard allows committee members to create and edit project assessment forms for each school application received in this round.

Committee members should familiarise themselves with the questions included in the assessment form and may set their individual forms up in advance; however, the actual completion of these forms should be reserved until after the school site visits have been conducted (9-11 June 2026).

Project Assessment Form Due Date

Please ensure you complete an assessment form for each project application submitted in this round, by Friday, 19 June 2026.

The results will be collated and discussed at the committee’s second meeting on Tuesday, 7 July 2026.
