Welcome to the ACTBGA Member School Dashboard!  This space has been developed to assist member schools through the capital grant application process and keep track of ongoing project management administration requirements for approved projects.

Applications and Documents

This dashboard is unique to your school, allowing you to access and complete an online application for capital grant program funding that is administered by the ACTBGA on behalf of the ACT and Australian governments.

A dedicated and secure space has been created for schools to upload required documentation in support of their application.

Grant application rounds are held between November to August each cycle, and applications typically close at the end of March each year.

Future Capability in 2025

ACTBGA is currently finalising functionality that will allow schools with approved projects to track where a project is up to at any given point in time, and allow schools to upload forms and supporting information to the ACTBGA via the school’s document storage folders.
